Contract Policy

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before engaging in any services provided by Advertai Marketing, LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Advertai Marketing, LLC offers digital marketing services including but not limited to web design, SEO optimization, blog content writing, graphic design, social media management, and website maintenance. Any services not explicitly listed in the project proposal or service agreement are outside the scope and may require additional fees.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all content, images, branding materials, and other necessary information in a timely manner to ensure project progress. Delays in client feedback or deliverables may impact project timelines.
3. Project Timeline
Advertai Marketing, LLC will provide an estimated timeline for each project. Timelines are subject to change based on client responsiveness, scope adjustments, and unforeseen circumstances. Any delays initiated by the client may result in rescheduling.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit (typically 30%) is required to begin work on any project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The remaining balance is due upon completion or at specified project milestones. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
5. Revisions & Approvals
Advertai Marketing, LLC offers unlimited revisions prior to final approval to ensure client satisfaction. Once a project or deliverable has been approved by the client in writing (via email or project platform), any further changes will be considered post-approval edits and may be subject to additional charges at our standard hourly rate. Approval signifies that the project is complete and ready for delivery, launch, or publication.
6. Ownership & Copyright
Upon full payment, the client will own the final designs, websites, or marketing materials. Advertai Marketing, LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
8. Website Maintenance & Hosting
If ongoing website maintenance or hosting is included, it will be governed by a separate service agreement. Failure to keep up with payments may result in the suspension or removal of services until the account is brought current.
9. Liability
Advertai Marketing, LLC will not be held liable for any damages, loss of business, or issues arising from the use of our services or any third-party integrations. We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings or traffic unless specified in a written agreement.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not share, sell, or distribute client data or project materials without prior consent, unless legally required.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. It is the client's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
